Dharma clients are able to send out one-time surveys to people using email addresses.
This functionality is available on Single Point projects.
The invitation link only allows for one submission per email address, and expires after 30 days.
Invitees do not need to be licensed Dharma users.
The functionality is optimized for web browsers - not mobile web browsers.
Create a survey in the ‘Form Builder’.
Go to the ‘Data’ Page and click ‘Send Emails for Collection’.
Add email addresses to invite, separated by commas. Click ‘Add to List’, and then ‘Invite’ to submit.
Invitees will receive an email from noreply@dharmaplatform.com to take the survey.
Invitees should see this confirmation message upon successful submission.
As a project administrator, you are able to see survey data on the ‘Data’ page .
