Here is a quick start guide on what features you will have access to as a data manager! 

User Role Definition

A data manager is a user geared towards managing data collection. They will have abilities to create, edit, and delete records on mobile and web application like a collector, but will also have the additional ability to uncomplete and delete locked records. 

Workflow

Data managers will have have access to data collection features on the mobile and web Dharma platforms. 

Once logged into the mobile platform, this will be the home view where you will have access to all projects you are assigned as data manager. 

On mobile records, data managers will inherit all the abilities of a collector but also have an additional ability to to mark records as uncomplete as well as delete uncompleted records.

On web inputs, data managers will have the same ability to uncomplete locked records as well.
