There may be instances where you need to change your password. You might decide to use a new one, or if you forgot your original password. Depending on the scenario, there are two ways you can change your password:



Method 1: New Password

At the top right corner of the homepage after log in, you’ll see an icon to the right of your name. Once you click on that icon, you will see four options. Select User Settings.

Once you are redirected to this page, click on User Settings.

Just confirm your old password, type the new one and you're all set!

Method 2: Forgotten Password

Navigate to the login portal and click the text that reads "Forgot Password?" underneath the Blue login button.

You should see a screen that looks like this:


Click "Send Reset." 

When you log in to your email account, you’ll see an email with the subject line "Reset your password on the Dharma Platform." Click on the link in the email.


That link will redirect you to this page where you can reset and create a new password. Click the "Set Password" button once the new password is filled out.
